Web
Antitaurina
The most elaborate of the anti-taurine websites -- managed anonymously by
someone calling him(her?)self "minotauro." Presents arguments against bullfighting
that, as is frequently and lamentably the case, caricature pro-bullfighting
positions rather than addressing them with any intellectual integrity. Site
has a very good listing of links to other anti-taurine sites (including Islero's
Fan Club, a "club of admirers of the bull that killed Manolete").
WSPA-HSI
Anti-Bullfighting Campaign maintained by the World Society for the Protection of Animals to
publicize their "no mas viOLEncia" campaign -- in their own words,
"a comprehensive campaign utilizing consumer boycotts to economically
cripple this bloodsport" ... "a massive public education plan to
combat th[e] rise of bullfighting" "Until their blood red flag is
replaced by a white flag of peace, bullfighters will continue to face the
vehement opposition of WSPA and HSI"
